ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it is considered final. Please confirm all lengths, textures, quantities, and shipping details before checking out.

PROCESSING TIME

Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days before your order ships. This applies to all orders — including those with expedited or express shipping.

During sales, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. These delays do not qualify for order changes or cancellations.

SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the United States of America.

Shipping time depends on the delivery method selected at checkout and begins after the processing period is complete. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Haus of Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, postal errors, weather conditions, or missed delivery attempts.

ORDER ISSUES / LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We do not replace or refund orders that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen after delivery confirmation.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
